Sorry for the delay. OK things about precogging in the Duniverse:
It's very dangerous. You're not actually looking at a possible future but changing the future. The last two great precogs they had locked the universe onto predetermined paths. It's part of the duties of the Bene Gesserit to make sure that such a being does not arise again. All precognition comes from taking Spice in one form or another, although predictive dreams and trance states are possible, if less effective.
You can see where this would create tension. It's basically Sheeana's duty to kill anyone who messes with the future.
However, precogs in the Duniverse are invisible to one another. Additionally, Sheeana (and anyone else with the Siona gene), though not prescient herself, is invisible to prescience. Thus the greatest obstacle here might be getting them to realize what the other is in the first place. Nura might see Sheeana as a great dark blot in her visions or something similar.
The worms she keeps in the city contain the consciousness of Leto Atreides 2, the second great precog (she is his distant descendant). Leto's plan was called the Golden Path and was a way of (among other things) freeing humanity from the curse of prescience by being so utterly ruthless with it as a weapon of tyranny that humans would be forced to find ways to defeat it (and did). With Leto's consciousness in those worms, anyone going into the city would feel a disruption in the timestream or possibly a disruption of their own prescience, since each of those worms is still workign for the Golden Path. The more worms, the stronger this becomes.
Anyway, this'll probably bring the characters into conflict. Sheeana will want to, if not outright murder her, find a way to neutralize her prescience, at least within a certain area.
PS: I'll definitely take that clothes-swap meme suggestion
Ahh, well then this will only make RP that much interesting with Nura and Sheeana, huh?
I always had to go back and check the pages with Dune. It was really more of a 'huh' moment after another for me. But you have it down to pat, so that's good.
Nura is just shedding her predestinational shell. She's coming more into the unpredictability, but still, she sometimes falls back on predestination as a source of solace.
And whether or not Sheeana will gain the upper hand on Nura...
